长余辉发光标牌的制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties of long afterglow luminescence scutcheon
【摘要】 采用SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光粉、成品清漆,添加分散剂等助剂制备的溶剂型发光涂料,制备了发光标牌。该发光标牌除具有SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光亮度高、余辉时间长的性能,还具有了耐水耐潮湿和易清洁的性能;激发光谱表明,紫外和可见光能有效激发,发射光谱表明其发射峰位于520nm附近,呈耀眼醒目的黄绿色。
【Abstract】 Solvent luminescence scutcheons were prepared by using SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ luminescence powder, commercial paints, some reagent as substrates in the paper. This luminescence scutcheon showed high luminous brightness, long persistence, acidproof, alkalineproof and easy to wash. The excitation spectrum indicated that ultra violet and visible light can excite the plate effectively. The emission spectrum is a broad band peaking at 520nm. The plate showed bright yellow-green color in the dark.
