【摘要】 目的探讨应用髓芯减压联合介入及中成药治疗早中期股骨头无菌死临床效果。方法自2000年1月—2005年1月治疗早中期股山脉头无菌坏死72例病人,共81个股骨头,按F icat分期,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期74个股骨头,Ⅲ期7个股骨头,应用髓芯减压联合介入及中成药治疗。结果治疗后股骨头区域血管增加,疼痛缓解或消失,60例经过1~4年随访,有效率达96.67%(58/60)。结论改善或重建股骨头血液循环是治疗股骨头无菌坏死的关键,联合疗法疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of early and midterm ANFH by core decompression intervention and prepared Chinese medicine.Methods 72 cases,81 femoral heads,had been treated by core decompression intervention and traditional Chinese medicine from 2000 to 2005.According to Ficat classification,these femoral heads belong to 1～3 grade.Results After treatment the blood vessel of the femoral head was more than before,pain released or disapeared.60 cases were followed up for 1～4 years,the effective rate was 96.67%(58/60).Conclusion To improve or rebuild the blood circulation of the femoral head is the key point of ANFH treatment.Comprehemsive treatment can get a good result.更多还原
