【Abstract】 Pricing mechanism is very important to an electricity market.Nowadays the withholding capacity is encouraged under the marginal cost pricing mechanism in the electricity markets,which leads to the existence of more powerful market power.Market power is harmful to the steady and healthy development of electricity market and some measures should be taken to mitigate the market power. Differential contracts are effective measures in this case.This paper presents some basic concepts and the history of game theory,with which it analyzes the effects of CFD mitigate market power.更多还原
