孕激素+PMSG对羊同期发情的试验研究

【摘要】 采用孕激素+PMSG方法对绵羊、山羊进行同期发情试验,结果表明:绵羊同期发情率达93.88%,山羊同期发情率达91.89%。说明这种方法可在养羊业生产中人工授精、胚胎移植技术上推广使用。

【Abstract】 It was the experiment that used the technique of progesterone plug plus PMSC on sheep and goats.The results showed that the rate of estrus synchron ization was 93.88%on sheep and 91.89%on goats.It illustrated that this technique can be widely used on the sheep-feed industry such as artificial inseminati on and embryo transfer.
