【Abstract】 The great German poet and aesthetician, Friedrich von Schiller, propounded the question of aesthetic education on the basis of the state of existence and split personality of his day. More than two centuries has passed, but aesthetic education remains a topic that catches people’s attention, and it may be even more conspicuous today than it was in Shiller’s day. The spread of materialism, secularism and hedonism necessitates a true understanding of the connotation of aesthetic education and its guidance to the value to life so as to achieve the true harmony and freedom in people’s existence and development.更多还原
