【Abstract】 In order to enhance the balance of the attack and defense techniques of the volleyball, the FIVB established a set of new regulations, which include the regulation of liberal athlete. In this context the national volleyball teams in the world wide adopted the liberal tactics aiming to improve the defense ability of the team and obtain superior competition results. It is found that there exist a certain differences in the application of liberal tactics in Chinese national volleyball team and the world-level teams. This paper draw specific attention on the application of the liberal tactics and the advantages and disad- vantages in this field of the Chinese national women′s volleyball team.更多还原
