【Abstract】 With combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigations, data statistics and expert interview, this paper provides a comprehensive and extensive analysis on the current situation of psychology, behavio of P.E. teachers in higher education. Based on the above analysis, the evaluation of P.E. teaching, the encouragement dynamics was proposed in this research in order to reform the lower level of current management of P.E. teachers in higher education and enhance the development of the theory of P.E. management in higher education.更多还原
