【摘要】 加强教育法制建设、全面实施依法治教 ,是我国教育改革和发展的必然要求。目前 ,我国在教育法制建设方面已取得显著成绩 ,初步形成了有中国特色的教育法律法规体系 ,为全面推进依法治教奠定了良好的基础。但从局部上看 ,教育法制建设还不能适应教育工作的实际需要 ,教育法制在其运行过程中仍然存在诸多不足 ,需要从理论上进行探讨 ,在实践中不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an inevitable request of the Chinese education reform and development to strengthen the legal construction of education and regulate teaching with the utmost rigour of the law in an all-round way. Important progress has been made in our legal reform in education. Frame of the legal system of education with Chinese characteristics has been constructed. These achievements have settled a good foundation for advancing legal regulation of education in an all-round way. However, thinking from the part, the educational legal construction can not meet the needs of educational practice yet. Insufficiency is found while we operate the prevailing educational legal system. Thus it is necessary for us to make theoretical research and constant effort in practice for a consummate system.更多还原
