【Abstract】 This paper presents development of a portable electrocardiograph over GSM (Globe System for Mobile) networks to allow on-line remote monitoring and diagnosing cardiac diseases from the specialist of telemonitoring center or hospital. This prototype has been satisfactorily implemented with a good balance among expense, optimal signal processing and low power consumption. The system was integrated with a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) modem, SMT (Surface Mounting Technology) and low-voltage microcontroller. The patient ECG database was built up, shared on Internet among hospitals.更多还原
