【Abstract】 The headquarter economy and modern service industry are correlated and supplementary toeach other. On one hand, headquarter clusters in a city offer an abundant space for the development of mod-ern service industry. The headquarters of companies and enterprises are important customers of modern serviceenterprises and the driving force to promote the fast growth of modern service industry. The development ofheadquarter economy will certainly drive the development of modern service industry in a city. The districtswhere headquarters are densely located will have a stronger demand for the development of modern serviceindustry.
