【Abstract】 In February,2005,Kyoto Protocol officially went into effect.Afforestation and Reforestation have been accepted as the only eligible CDM forest carbon-sink program in the first promise period.Afforestation and Reforestation carbon-sink trades in the CDM are the dominating part of forest carbon-sink service market all over the world.The practices have indicated,however,that the transaction costs of the market are probably too more massive than carbon-sink revenues to make trades go along.The paper first studies the components,characteristics and size of transaction costs,then analyzes the impact of such costs on market size,and finally puuts forward some effective approaches to reducing transaction costs in forest carbon-sink service market.更多还原
