对传统差示热分析仪(DSC)的改进方法

【摘要】 使用虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术对一种传统仪器———差示热分析仪(DSC)进行改进,用单片机对数据进行采集,利用虚拟仪器技术对采集的数据进行处理。使用该方法对原有仪器进行改进后,使原仪器的性能和操作性都得到了提升。

【Abstract】 A new method on the basis of virtual instrument technology and the C8051 microcontroller is introduced, which greatly enhances the quality of DSC—a certain kind of traditional thermal analysis instrument.With this new method, C8051 controls the data acquisition, A/D conversion and communication, and LabVIEW deals with the collected data, thus the instrument’s performance as well as operability are improved.
