【摘要】 目的:了解“舒心Ⅰ号”对普外手术伴发抑郁障碍的疗效。方法:应用 ZUNG抑郁自评量表,对 300 例普外病人进行术前测评,筛选出符合诊断患者107名,应用信封抽签法随机分3组。A组术后服用“舒心Ⅰ号”,B组服用安慰剂“外科 1 号”,C组未服任何中药。在术后7~14天再次测评。结果:A组术后抑郁症的伴发率与 B组及 C组相比差异有显著性意义。B组与 C组相比差异无意义。结论:“舒心Ⅰ号”对普外患者伴发抑郁障碍有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to explore the effects of “Shuxing Ⅰ” on the complication of depression in general surgical operation.Methods:300 cases of general surgical patients were tested by ZUNG’s Self-Depression Scale(SDS) before operation.107 cases diagnosed were stochastically divided into three groups by sortition.Group A were treated with“Shuxing Ⅰ”,Group B were treated with placebo(“Surgery Ⅰ”)and Group C without any Chinese tradition medicine.They were tested angain 7～14 days after operation.Results:The difference of incidence rate of complication of depression was significant either between Group A and Group B or between Group A and Group C(P<0.05).And no statistical difference was found between Group B and Group C(P>0.1).Conclution:Effects of “Shuxing Ⅰ”could be observed in general surgical operation with complication of depression.更多还原
