具有纳米析出的亚微米钢的显微组织特点
Microstructural Characteristics of Submicro-Steel with Nano-Precipitates
【摘要】 采用 5 0 0℃单道强烈温轧方法制备了晶粒尺寸约 0 .6μm的亚微米钢。在不同温度下对部分试样进行了退火处理。结果表明 ,这种亚微米钢能够承受 45 0℃的退火而无明显的晶粒长大 ;即使在 5 5 0℃退火 ,其晶粒尺寸仍然在亚微米级。如此高的组织稳定性可以归因于钢中存在的大量弥散分布纳米析出相的钉扎效应。纳米析出相具有两种不同的尺寸级别 ,其中尺寸较大者的平均颗粒直径约 30nm ,而尺寸较小者的平均颗粒直径略小于 1 0nm。
【Abstract】 Submicro-steel sheet with an average grain diameter around 0.6μm was successfully fabricated by severe warm-rolling at 500℃ through a single pass.Some of the specimens were annealed at different temperatures.The results indicate that the submicro-steel can be subjected to annealing at 450℃ without obvious grain growth.Its grain size is still on a submicro-scale even after annealing at 550℃.The unusually high thermal stability can be attributed to the pinning effect of numerous uniformly-distributed nano-precipitates in the steel.The sizes of the nano-precipitates are on two different orders.The average diameter of the larger precipitates is about 30nm and that of the smaller is less than 10nm.
