【摘要】 介绍了光发射模块的工作原理、制作工艺和发展现状;详细分析了光发射模块在电路设计、封装及总体设计上的关键技术,给出了当前光发射模块的研究发展方向。

【Abstract】 The working principle and development of optical transmission module were introduced.The key technology for design of circuit and package for optical transmission module were analyzed.The study direction and developing trend of the optical transmission module were given.
