高校图书馆的素质教育功能与校园文化建设

【摘要】 高校图书馆在校园文化建设中有着不可替代的作用.高校图书馆应积极发挥自身的优势,开展素质教育,努力实现文化教育功能,在校园文化建设中有所作为.

【Abstract】 The university library has an important action in the cultural construction of campus. It should exert its predonminance to accomplish the function of cultural education, and exert its action actively.
