【摘要】 探讨益气、活血、温阳、利水4种治法治疗心力衰竭的机制及配伍规律。方法:将益气、活血、温阳、利水四大法作为4个影响因素,分别选取代表药物,以高、中、低剂量作为3个水平,按L9(34)正交表配伍组方,煎液灌胃,另设空白对照组。观察各含药血清对去甲肾上腺素、氯化钾、维拉帕米、酚妥拉明预作用的体外兔主动脉条收缩张力的影响。结果:各中药组含药血清对去甲肾上腺素和氯化钾、去甲肾上腺素和维拉帕米引起的体外兔主动脉条收缩有较明显的抑制作用,与空白血清相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各中药组含药血清对去甲肾上腺素和酚妥拉明引起的体外兔主动脉条收缩无明显的抑制作用,与空白血清相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。依据含药血清对去甲肾上腺素和氯化钾引起的体外兔主动脉条收缩的抑制率结果所作的方差分析显示,各因素和结果相关性的强弱顺序为温阳、利水、益气、活血。结论:温阳、利水、益气、活血法的不同配伍均有扩张血管作用,该作用是通过阻滞α受体实现的,与钙通道的关系不大。最优配伍方案为温阳药高剂量、利水药和益气药均中剂量、活血药低剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of four therapeutic methods for heart failure,e.g.,reinforcing Qi,warming Yang,activating blood and promoting diuresis and the synergetic compatibility among these four methods.Method: Each therapeutic method was treated as an independent factor.Representative herbs for each method were selected accordingly,with three dosage levels（high,middle and low dosage） for each method.Nine formulas consisting of the representative herbs for 4 therapeutic methods were formed by using L₉（3⁴） orthogonal layout.The herbs in each formula were decocted together into a concentrated decoction.Each rabbit was gavaged with 20 ml of decoction daily for 3 days,while 20 ml of physiological saline daily was given to the animal in control group.In vitro effects of the serum preparations of herbs treated rabbit on the rabbit’s aorta strips contractility induced by norepinephrine,potassium chloride,verapamil and phentolamine were observed.We observed the effects of the serum which contained effective ingredient of compounds on the of in vitro which had been treated with.Result: The effects of serum preparations of 9 groups of herbs treated rabbits in weakening the aorta strip contractility induced by norepinephrine and potassium chloride,norepinephrine and verapamil were significantly superior to that of serum preparation of control group（P<0.05）.The number six serum preparations had the most obvious weakening effect and had statistical significant difference compared with that of the others（P<0.05）;All serum preparations had no obvious weakening effect to the contractility of rabbits’ aorta strips in vitro induced by norepinephrine and phentolamine.The results of variance analysis showed that the sequence of correlation between effects and a factor（therapeutic method）,from strong to weak,is warming Yang,promoting diuresis,reinforcing Qi and activating blood.Conclusion: All formulas combining herbs for four investigated methods had a vasodilator effect which was realized through blocking α-receptor and had no relation with calcium passage in different degree.The optimal formula was warming Yang in high dosage,promoting diuresis and reinforcing Qi in middle dosage,activating blood in low dosage.更多还原
