【摘要】 目的探讨中老年牙病患者的根管充填方法。方法对接受治疗的中老年牙髓炎根尖周炎患者128颗磨牙随机分成两组,试验组对所有根管先塑化3遍,再拭干粗大根管内的塑化液后,根充糊剂+牙胶尖充填该根管,对照组采用常规塑化治疗并追综进行疗效观察。结果试验组成功率为94.29%,疗效优于对照组。结论对中老年磨牙按照不同的根管形态采用不同的方法充填是合理的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the method of root canal filling and curative effects in middle and elderly patients.Methods One hundredand twenty-eight molar teeth from99 middle and elderly people who had been diagnosed pulpitis and periapical periodontitis were dividedinto two groups randomly,experiment group: rough root canal use root canal treatment after all root canal had received resinifying thera-py;control group: resinifying therapy.The curative effects were observed in the following ten days-one year.Results The successfulrate in experiment group was 94.29 %.The curative effects were better than that of the control group.Conclusion It is reasonable touse different treatment according to root morphology in middle and elderly molar teeth.更多还原
