【摘要】 目的:对照观察红汞鱼肝油对新生儿尿布皮炎的治疗护理效果。方法:把入院时患有的和住院过程中发生的病例随机分成两组,常规处理后,治疗组和对照组分别使用红汞鱼肝油混合液和皮康霜治疗。结果:30例新生儿尿布皮炎经过外用红汞鱼肝油治疗,全部治愈,明显优于对照组。结论:新生儿尿布皮炎局部外用红汞鱼肝油既有抗炎作用,又有愈合作用,效果佳、操作方便,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Mercurochrome cod liver oil in treating Neonatal DiaperDermatitis. Method 60 cases with Neonatal Diaper Dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly. One groupwere treated with Mercurochrome cod liver oil and the other group were treated with Triamcinolone AcetonideAcetate and Miconazole Nitrate and Neomycin Sulfate Cream (TAAMNNSC). Results The curative rate of Mer-curochrome cod liver oil is higher than that of(TAAMNNSC). Conclusion It can be concluded that application ofMercurochrome cod liver oil is a better treatment for Neonatal Diaper Dermatitis.更多还原
