【Abstract】 At present, the problem of the credit crisis of food industry in China has been very serious. It has influenced food safety, thedevelopment of economy and advance of society. Based on game theory, in this paper a credit model was set up, then the causes that resulted inthe credit crisis in food industrywas analyzed.
