【Abstract】 The rich and colorful ecological environment is wealth for the whole mankind,but the biodiversity of our country has suffered serious destruction in the industrialized process. Nowadays, there are some defects of the legal regulation of biodiversity in our country. So we had better remedy the legislative loophole and devote more efforts to enforcing the law to build up the perfect legal protection system of biodiversity.更多还原
