巴塞尔新资本协议与我国银行法制监管理念

【摘要】 巴塞尔新资本协议的出台影响着世界银行业的发展,新资本协议透出银行法制监管的新理念。为应对巴塞尔新资本协议引发的严峻挑战,中国银行业必须切实转变法制监管理念,重在提高银行监管效率进而提高我国银行业的国际竞争力。

【Abstract】 Appearance of new BaSaiEr agreement greatly affects banking development all over the world. New capital agreement reflects new ideal of banking regulation supervisory.To deal with the grim challeges generated by new BaSaiEr agreement,Chinese banking must change regulation supervisory ideal in order to improve banking supervisory efficiency and international competition power.
