镧锶锰氧的电磁性能与吸波特性
Electromagnetic properties and microwave absorbing property of LaxSr1-xMnO3
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了LaxSr1-xMnO3超微粉末.测量数据表明随着x值的增大,其磁导率的实部、虚部及损耗角正切的波峰均向低频端偏移,峰值增加;对x=0. 5样品的吸波特性研究表明其片状在 2. 2mm厚时吸波较好,峰高达 25dB;而对于柱状样品,当柱高 2. 2mm时,吸收峰高却达 34dB,这可能与电磁波在柱间的多次反射吸收有关。
【Abstract】 The LaxSr1-xMnO3 ultrafine powders were synthesized by sol-gel method.The datas of the experiment show that the peak of magnetic permeability’s real part,imaginary part and tanδm moved toward low frequency with the increase of x; for the piece sample of x=0.5,the maximum absorption quantity is 25dB when the thickness is 2.2mm, and one reaches to 34dB under the same conditions for the column sample which results from the electromagnetic wave reflected and absorbed around the column many times.
