【摘要】 介绍了新型CaO质钢液过滤器的研制开发过程。其机理是利用CaO与硫化物、Al2 O3 、SiO2 等在高温下反应 ,从而吸附钢液中非金属夹杂物 ,提高钢液的纯净度。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the study and development course of new type of molten steel filter made from CaO. CaO will react to sulphide, Al 2O 3,SiO 2 etc. at high temperature, thus absorb non-metal inclusions in molten steel and improve the pureness of molten steel.
