ABS挤出过程中流变性能的测试
TEST FOR RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOUR OF ABS IN EXTRUSION MOLDING
【摘要】 利用恒速式毛细管流变仪研究了(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)的流变性能,并测试计算了挤出膨胀比和非牛顿指数。结果表明,ABS的表观粘度随温度的升高及剪切速率的增加而降低;非牛顿指数随温度的升高而增大;挤出膨胀比与剪切速率及管模的长径比成正比。
【Abstract】 The rheological behaviour of ABS was studied by using constant-speed capillary rheometer. Extrusion expansion ratio and non-Newton index were calculated. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of ABS decreased with the increase of temperature and shear rate; non-Newton index enhanced with the increase of temperature, extrusion expansion rate was directly proportional to shear rate and length-diameter ratio.
