工作台铸件温度场数值模拟及缺陷预测
Numerical Simulation of Temperature Distribution and Defect Prediction for Working Table Casting
【摘要】 采用有限元技术对工作台铸件凝固过程温度场进行了数值模拟,得到了瞬态温度场和温度梯度场分布图。根据分析结果,采用新山(G/R)判据编制预测缺陷的应用程序。结果表明模拟预报与生产验证结果基本一致。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of solidification for working table casting has been carried on by finite element method. Transient temperature distribution and temperature gradient distribution contours are obtained. Application software of the defect prediction is programmed using G/R criterion based on the results. The numerical simulation prediction is in a good agreement with the real production verification.
