复方银杏滴丸对拟气虚血瘀模型小鼠脑保护作用的实验研究
Experimental Study on Brain Protective Function of Compound Ginkgo biloba Dropping Pill in Mimic Qi-deficiency and Blood Stasis Mouse
【摘要】 目的观察复方银杏滴丸(CO-GBE)对拟气虚血瘀模型小鼠的脑保护作用。方法采用小鼠8℃冷水负重游泳5min 模拟气虚血瘀模型,测定用 CO-GBE 后,模型小鼠断头喘气持续时间的变化以及脑组织生化代谢的改变。结果与正常对照组比较,模型小鼠断头喘气持续时间明显延长,脑组织乳酸(LA)含量明显增加,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、Na+-K+-ATP 酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP 酶活力明显降低(P<0.01);CO-GBE 可以延长模型小鼠的断头喘气持续时间,并可以明显逆转模型小鼠脑组织上述生化指标的异常改变(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论改善脑组织生化代谢异常可能是 CO-GBE 发挥脑保护作用的机制之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the brain protective function of Compound Ginkgo biloba Dropping Pill (CGB) in mimic qi- deficiency and blood stasis mouse.Methods Mimic qi-deficiency and blood stasis model was adopted by mouse swim- ming in 8℃ cold water with heavy burden to determine the changes of the continuous breath time after decapitation of mouse and changes in biochemical metabolism of brain tissues after CGB given.Results Compared with the normal con- trol group,the continuous breath time after decapitation in the model mouse was obviously prolonged,content of lactic acid (LA) in brain tissue obviously increased,and the activity of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH),Na+-K+ -ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+- ATPase obviously lowered (P<0.01).CGB could further prolong the continuous breath time,and obviously reverse the abnormal changes in the above mentioned indexes in the brain tissues of model mice (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The mechanism of brain protective function of CGB might be through improving the abnormal biochemical metabolism of brain tissues.
