马-奥复相球铁的研究
Study on M-A Duplex Ductile Iron
【摘要】 本文探讨了在水淬条件下,不同合金元素及其加入量对球铁组织、性能和淬透性的影响。试验表明:铜、铬、硼、钼、锑等元素的联合应用效果最佳,可获得高韧性、高硬度的马-奥复相球墨铸铁,冲击值可达30J/cm2以上,洛氏硬度HRC>53。
【Abstract】 The influences of alloy element and their additions on structure, properties and hardenability of ductile iron,using water as quenching medium, have been investigated.The experimental results indicated that combined application effect of Cu, Cr, B, Mo and Sb was the best and M-A duplex ductile iron with high toughness and hardness could be achieved, which had impact value above 30J/cm2 and Rockwell hardness number above 53.
