【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence of the pressure on the critical solid fraction was considered; the critical solid fraction method under the pressure condition was proposed to predict porosity. On the other hand, based on the darcy law, a new shrinkage prediction method related to pressure, temperature gradient and cooling rate was put out. The criterion had been successfully applied in the low-pressure casting module of castsoft, which had been developed by the casting centre of North China Institute of Technology.更多还原
