【摘要】 运用实证分析的方法 ,对海南人力资源素质与人均收入及产业结构的关系进行回归分析 ,发现高素质人口比重与人均GDP及第三产业的比重均有十分显著的相关关系 ,但高中以下的人力资源对人均GDP的贡献则随着学历层次的降低而逐渐下降。因此 ,要使海南经济步入健康、快速的发展轨道 ,就必须加大人力资本投资。更多还原

【Abstract】 A positive study has been conducted to analyze the relationships between human resource quality and per capital GDP,as well as industrial structural change in Hainan province. The econometric model results show that the human resources which with better education background have significant impacts on the economic development (per capital GDP and industrial structure change) in Hainan. We can conclude that to increase the investment in human resource will promote Hainan’s economic growth and economic structural adjustment.更多还原
