电解磁铁矿制备高铁酸盐(英文)
Electrochemical Generation of Ferrate at Magnetite Electrode
【摘要】 以精选的磁铁矿粉末为原料 ,制备磁铁矿块状多孔电极用于电解制备高铁酸盐 .所用磁铁矿多孔电极在经过阴极极化等一系列预处理过程 ,在 16 mol· L- 1 Na OH溶液中表现出了很高的电流效率 .在这一电解液中 ,通过对阳极电流密度、高铁酸盐的生成速率、电流效率、槽内电解温度等影响因素的研究 ,找到了较为适宜的电解条件 :J=3.3m A· cm- 2 ,30℃ ,16 mol· L- 1 Na OH溶液 .
【Abstract】 Ferrate (Ⅵ) is generated by the electrochemical oxidation of porous magnetite electrodes, made by melting pure magnetite grain. Pretreatment of the anode by cathodic polarization is necessary for ferrate (Ⅵ) generation and the achievement of high current efficiency at magnetite electrode. An optimum synthesis electrolyte is observed to be 16 mol·L -1 NaOH. In this electrolyte the effects of anode current density, J, on Fe (Ⅵ) synthesis rate, current efficiency and internal cell temperature are studied. An optimum result is obtained at J=3.3 mA·cm -2, 30 ℃ in 16 mol·L -1 NaOH for 5 h.
