【摘要】 目的 :观察脂脉康胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠降血脂的作用。方法 :正常大鼠或以高脂饮食造成大鼠实验性高脂血症 ,然后以脂脉康胶囊灌胃 ,给药结束后取血测血脂含量。结果 :脂脉康胶囊 2 .0 g/kg ,连续 10d ,可明显降低正常大鼠血清TG水平 ;脂脉康胶囊(1.0～ 2 .0 ) g/kg ,连续 14d ,亦可明显降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血清TG、LDL -C水平 ,升高HDL -C含量。但对TC含量无明显的影响。结论 :脂脉康胶囊对正常及实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平有明显的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the antihyperlipidemia effect of Zhimaikang capsules ( ZMK ) on normal and experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods The rats raised with ZMK 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0g/kg and NS 20ml/kg ,respectively. The totalcholestrol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL), lower density lipoprotein(LDL)levels in serum were measured on normal and experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Results:ZMK capsules ig 2.0 g/kg ,10d can lower serum triglyceride(TG) levels in normal rats, ZMK at doses of 1.0,2.0 g/kg 14d was also found to decrease TG,LDL-C while increase HDL-C various on experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Conclusion:ZMK capsules showed significant blood lipid regulation effect on the normal and experimental hyperlipidemia rats. The results provided an important basis for exploiting and utilizing ZMK capsules.更多还原
