延庆山戎文化铜柄铁刀及其科学分析

【摘要】 延庆山戎文化墓出土了一枚铜柄铁刀 ,时代约与春秋中期早段相当。从外形考察和扫描电镜能谱的分析情况看 ,其刀身当是块炼铁锻制的 ;从X射线探伤分析的情况推测 ,它很可能是先用块炼铁锻制刀身 ,之后再浇铸铜柄 ,而合铸成型的。这是山戎文化区年代最早的铁器 ,也是我国今见年代较早的铁器之一 ,对我们了解早期铁器的冶炼和成型工艺都具有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 A iron sword with bronze handle was unearthed in a tomb of Shanrong culture in Yanqing,the age was about the early phase of medium-term of Spring and Autumn period.Based on the appearance and analysis of scanning electron microscope,the body of sword should be forged by block casting iron.Inferring from the flaw detection of X-ray,the sword possibly first forged the body by block casting iron,then cast the bronze handle,at last cast together to shape the sword.It was the earliest ironware found in the area of Shanrong culture,it also was one of the earlier ones in our country.The analytical issues had active meaning for us to understand the technique of melting and shaping of the early ironware.更多还原
