【Abstract】 Many new types of automatic measurement instruments are speeding quickly with the development of electric technology. They adopt "modern dielectric loss measurement technology" which is thought to be composed of three parts in this paper: power-supply, signal sampling and insulation of high-voltage terminal and signal conversion handling of dielectric loss measurement.
