【摘要】 目的:评价杭州地区6年来禁毒工作成果,了解当前禁毒工作现状并提出建议。方法:对我所1997年至2002年收治人员的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:杭州籍年新滋生吸毒人员从1998年的815人降至了2002年的172人,杭州籍吸毒人员被强制戒毒前持续使用毒品的时间从1998年的10.05个月下降到2002年的1.73个月,日使用毒品量从1998年的0.56 g下降到2002年的0.21 g。在所人员中复吸者的比例从1997年的2.31%上升至2002年36.23%,外地籍吸毒人员涉毒状况并未得到控制,吸毒方式向静注化发展,毒品种类向多元化发展,吸毒行为合并刑事案件日益增多,吸毒引起HIV感染问题日益严重。结论:6年来禁毒工作成绩显著,但禁毒工作任重道远,将面临许多新情况、新问题,需各职能部门合作解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the detoxification effects during last six years in Hangzhou area and on the basis to provide advices. Methods: Retrospective case analysis on the clinical records of heroin addicts in our institute in period of 1997-2002 was conducted. Results: New heroin addicts of native-born declined year by year i.e. from 815 persons in 1998 to 200 in 2002, whose drug-using time before forced treatment declined from 10.05 months in 1998 to 1.73 in 2002 and dose of used drug from 0.56 gram in 1998 to 0.21 in 2002. The percentage of primary heroin addicts in our institute increased from 2.31% in 1998 to 36.23% in 2002. The situation of non- native-born addicts wasn’t controlled. Their route of drug use tended to injection and kinds of used drug tended to multiple. The cases of addiction with criminal has increased and the situation of addiction with HIV was same. Conclusion:During last six years the effects of forbidding drug is significant, but to resolve this problem by single bureau of police is difficult and we are facing many new questions which need mutual-help from other bureaus.更多还原
