【摘要】 目的:对紫穗槐果实的中5,7-二羟基-8-牻牛儿基双氢黄酮进行含量测定,初步探讨其在紫穗槐果实中的变异规律及其与地理分布的关系。方法:色谱柱:迪马公司Diamonsil C18柱(200×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸水(90:10);流速:1ml/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长:293nm。结果与结论:首次对紫穗槐果实中的5,7-二羟基-8-牻牛儿基双氢黄酮进行含量测定,确定其定量方法。测定结果发现,土质肥沃地区的果实中5,7-二羟基-8-牻牛儿基双氢黄酮的含量较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectve To determine its contents and to find out the variation regularity in fruits of Amorpha frutioosa L.. Methods Diamonsil C18 (2004.6mm, 5μm)column was used with the mixture of 0.025mol/L H3PO4 water and methanol as the mobile phase, and the UV absorbance detection was set at 270nm. Results and Conclusion The content of 5,7 - di-hydroxy - 8 - geranylflavanone in many samples collected with localities were determined by HPLC for the first time.
