【摘要】 目的 :观察经验方肌瘤消颗粒对子宫肌瘤模型大鼠的干预作用 ,评价其临床使用价值。方法 :( 1)同种大鼠根据Fujii方法造模后 ,分成高、中、低剂量组 ,模型组 ,桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组 ,进行子宫肌瘤生长情况的形态学观察 ;( 2 )同种大鼠造模后分成模型组 ,桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组和肌瘤消颗粒七个不同剂量组 ,用放射免疫法测定雌二醇水平。结果 :( 1)肌瘤消颗粒显著抑制模型大鼠瘤样增生 ,以高剂量组效果最显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;( 2 )能明显抑制模型大鼠子宫形态与重量的改变 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 3 )能显著降低模型大鼠血液中雌激素的水平 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肌瘤消颗粒对子宫肌瘤具有一定的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To evaluate Clinical Value of the Ji-Liu-Xiao infusion by observing the inhibitory Effects of the infusion on Leiomyoma of uterus in mode quinea pigs.Methods: (1) To observe morphology Change on Leiomyoma of uterus, pasteurized after Fujii’s method in guinea pigs, by dividing high, Middle. Low dosage and model and Contrast group. (2) To examine the amount of estrogen in blood of uterine Leiomyoma-patternea rats by dividing model. Contrast and high. Middle. Low dosage groups.Results:(1) Ji-Liu-Xia infusion distinctly inhibited the growth of neoplasm, high dosage is Clearest (P<0.01);(2)It distinctly inhibited the changing of morph logy and weightier in leiomyma of uterus(P<0.01).(3)It distinctly reduced the amount of estrogen in blood. Conclusion: Ji-Liu-Xiao infusion have must inhibitory effects on Leiomyoma of uterus.更多还原
