【摘要】 目的 :研究不同药用部位、不同加工方法、不同商品规格对白芷香豆素类成分含量的影响。方法 :运用紫外分光光度法测定总香豆素含量 ;HPLC法测定水合氧化前胡素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量。结果 :果实中香豆素的含量最高 ,茎中最低 ;首次发现白芷根的香豆素类成分主要存在于皮层及韧皮部中 ,木质部中不含香豆素类成分 ;加工方法对白芷香豆素的含量有较大影响 ;不同规格白芷中香豆素的含量也不相同。UV法、HPLC法测定结果一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the coumarins content in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae(Baizhi). Methods:The total content of coumarins was determined by UV.The content of imperatorin,isoimperatorin and oxypeucedanin hydrate in different samples was carried out by HPLC.Results:The processing method and the medicinal position have great effect on the coumarin content.Conclusion:The content of oxypeucedanin hydrate in Baizhi was determined.
