高效液相色谱法测定香附油中α-香附酮的含量

【摘要】 目的 :建立香附油中α 香附酮的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为MerckLichrocartC18(5 μm ,2 0 0mm× 4 6mm) ,以甲醇 水 (6 8∶32 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 4 1nm ,流速为 1 0ml/min。结果 :α 香附酮在 0 0 81～ 0 81μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 9998,平均回收率为 99 1% ,RSD为 2 2 %

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method deteminating α-cyperone in Rhizome Cyperi oil by HPLC. Methods: The determination was carried out by Merck Lichrocart C18 column, with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（68∶32）, and detective wavelength 241nm. Results: The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.081～0.81 μg/ml （r=0.9998）. The average recovery of loading sample was 99.1%, RSD=2.2%. Conclusion: The method is convenient for a good resolution.
