人血清中乐果的气相色谱分析
Analysis of rogor in human serum with gas chromatography
【摘要】 〔目的〕建立一种简便、快速、灵敏、准确人血清中乐果的萃取净化及气相色谱分析方法。〔方法〕用丙酮提萃人血清中乐果 ,离心分离 ,用火焰光度检测的气相色谱法直接测定其含量。〔结果〕人血清中乐果的检出限为 0 .0 5ng ,低、中、高三种浓度的平均加标回收率为 89.3 %~ 10 3 .9% ,RSD为 4.5 7%~ 6.13 %。〔结论〕方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确 ,具有较好的应用价值。
【Abstract】 〔Objective〕 To seek a simple and rapid method to extract,separate and determine rogor in human serum.〔Methods〕 The rogor in human serum was extracted by acetone,separated by centrifugation and determined by GC-FPD.〔Results〕 The limit line of rogor in human serum was 0.05 ng.The adding recovery rate of low,middle and high concentrations was 89.3%~103.9%.The relative standard deviation was 4.57%~6.13%.〔Conclusions〕 This method is sensitive,accurate and reliable and can bring about satisfactory results.
