几款显微专用数码相机性能的比较分析

【摘要】 本文介绍了数码相机图像传感器的分类和原理,对国内常用的几款显微专用数码相机的操作界面作了简单地介绍,并用国家标准密度片对其中的三款数码相机的平均吸光度进行了检测,找出了这三款数码相机的线性区间。通过对小鼠肝细胞悬液的实际检测,其二、四、八倍体肝细胞核的DNA含量比值约等于2和4,提出数码相机可用于细胞DNA含量的检测观点。

【Abstract】 In this article, we introduce the classification and principle of image sensor of digital cameras, and compare user interfaces of several common types of microscopic digital cameras used in China. We found the linear intervals of the two digital cameras by examining the linear degree of optical density with density tablets , which are up to the national standard. After detecting suspension of murine hepatocyte, we verified that murines’ rates of DNA contents in amphiploid , tetraploid octoploid hepatocytes were approximately 2 and 4. So we put forward that the DNA contents of the cells can be examined by digital camera.
