【摘要】 研究目的:通过对城市建设用地供需状况的分析,为未来城市发展用地提供依据。研究方法:文献资料法和数理统计分析法。研究结果:受山地地貌条件的限制,重庆市城市用地的质量较差,建设用地的供给能力有限,供需矛盾突出。研究结论:城市用地的供需矛盾将成为重庆市发展面临的重大问题,需要从土地资源可持续利用的思想出发,调整城市用地发展思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to provide foundations to future urban development on the basis of supply-demand analysis of urban land. Methods of documentation and mathematical statistical analysis were employed. The results indicate that urban land in Chongqing is in poor quality in terms of urban construction due to topographic constraints.As a result, the supply capability of urban land is considerably limited in Chongqing. Land supply-demand contradiction is severe and will become a momentous problem in Chongqing in the future. The basic idea of urban land use should be adjusted from the perspective of sustainable use of land resources.更多还原
