【Abstract】 Oligosaccharide synthesis is becoming increasingly important because these biomolecules have potential application as therapeuties. The recent advent of glycosynthase——specifically mutated glycosyl hydrolases that efficiently synthesize oligosaccharides but do not hydrolyse them——represents a promising solution to oligosaccharide production.This paper discussed the mechanism and application of oligosaccharide synthesis by glycosynthase.更多还原
