【摘要】 目的 :运用高效液相色谱法测定银翘解毒颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法 :采用HypersilC1 8柱 ,甲醇 水 冰醋酸 三乙胺(15∶85∶1∶0 2 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 32 4nm。结果 :绿原酸的回收率为 98 12 % ,RSD =0 97% (n =5 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、重复性好 ,可作为制剂的定量分析方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Granuces by HPLC. Method: The analysis was performed on an hypersil C 18 column, with a mobile phase of methanol water acetic acid glacial triethylamine (15∶85∶1∶0 2), the detection wavelength was 254nm. Result: Recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98 12% RSD=0 97%( n =5). Conclusion:This method is simple and reproducible, and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Granuces.更多还原
