【摘要】 目的 :了解贯叶连翘提取物和盐酸赖氨酸复方 (2∶1,赖金丝 )的抗炎作用。方法 :采用小鼠耳壳二甲苯性炎症法、小鼠滤纸片诱发肉芽肿法和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细曲管通透性增高法。结果 :赖金丝能显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀 ,抑制肉芽组织增生 ,降低腹腔毛细血管通透性。结论 :赖金丝可以抑制急性炎症 ,其作用机制可能与抑制毛细血管通透性有关 ;可以抑制肉芽肿组织增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the anti-inflammatory effects of the complex(LaiJinsi,2∶1) of extract of Hypericum perforatum L (EHPL) and lysine hydrochloride. Method:The models of xylene-induced ear edema, vascular permeability increased by acetic acid and granuloma induced by filter paper flip in mice were used in the study. Result: LaiJinsi could inhibit the ear edema, granuloma proliferation and reduce vascular permeability significantly in mice. Conclusion:LaiJinsi could inhibit the progress of acute inflammation, the probable mechanism may be related to inhibition of vascular permeability; could inhibit the proliferation of granuloma.更多还原
