【Abstract】 From the view-point of systems, the principle of so-called "shoot the arrow at the target, namely have an object in view" for developing guided weapon systems and the evaluation criterion of effectiveness/cost ratio are proposed based on the development tendency of winged missile abroad. It is emphasized that the kind of extremely low altitude, subsonic winged missiles should play a key role in the future, and some supersonic and combined winged missiles should be developed actively and gradually so as to build a guided weapon system for winged missiles from short to very long range to meet the needs of precisely attacking a variety of target.更多还原
