【摘要】 目的 :探讨难治性鼻衄有效及微创治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析接受鼻内镜技术治疗的 6 8例难治性鼻衄出血部位分布、手术技巧及疗效。结果 :6 8例中 ,1次电灼治愈 89.7% ( 6 1/ 6 8) ,2次治愈 10 .3% ( 7/ 6 8) ,总有效率 10 0 % ( 6 8/ 6 8) ;出血部位依次为 :下鼻道穹隆顶部 5 5 .8% ( 38/ 6 8)、中隔嗅裂区 2 7.9% ( 19/ 6 8)、中鼻道后部8.8% ( 6 / 6 8)及部位不明者 7.4 % ( 5 / 6 8)。结论 :鼻内窥镜技术是治疗难治性鼻衄有效方法 ,对鼻腔深部的出血点具有定位准确、止血简单可靠及创伤小的特点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore an effective and minimal invasive therapy for intractable epistaxis.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of intractable epistaxis treated with endoscopic electrocoagulation were analysed retrospectively The source of the bleeding point,surgical techniques and effect were presented.Results:Epistaxsis was well controlled without complication in all casesina followed-up period of 1-3 months after surgery.The bleeding points were located in the superior wall of inferior nasal meatus(55.8%,38/68),olfactory cleft of nasal septum (27.9%,19/68),posterior wall of middle nasal meatus(8.8%,6/68)and uncertain(7.4%,5/68) respectively.Conclusion:The nasal endoscopy allowed visualization and direct treatment of previously undiagnosed deep bleeding points.更多还原
