小鼠胃内和皮内接种BCG免疫后抗结核细胞免疫的比较

【摘要】 目的 :为比较小鼠胃内与皮内接种BCG后 ,机体产生抗结核杆菌的细胞免疫。方法 :分别于小鼠胃内、皮内免疫接种BCG的第 6 0、90天 ,检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞受到PPD刺激后转化率、小鼠脾淋巴细胞受到PPD刺激后IL - 2表达量。结果 :淋巴细胞的转化率分别为 31.30 % ,37.90 % (与皮内接种无显著性差异 ,与未免疫组有显著性差异 ) ;脾淋巴细胞IL - 2表达量分别为 37.4 7± 5 .6 0 (U/ml) ,39.4 1± 7.73(U/ml) (与皮内接种无显著性差异 ,与未免疫组有显著性差异 )。结论 :胃内接种BCG可以产生与皮内接种相近的抗结核细胞免疫

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare on the cellular immunity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)after intragastric and subcutaneous immunization of BCG in mice.Methods:The proliferation of T-lymphocyte with the stimulus of the purified protein derivative(PPD) was measured at day 60 and 90 after intragastric and subcutaneous immunization of BCG in mice.The interleukin-2(IL-2) expression of T-lymphocyte in spleen was detected at day 60 and 90 after intragastric and subcutaneous immunization of BCG.Results:The ratio of T-lymphocyte proliferation was 31.30% and 37.90% respectively.The production of IL-2 was 37.47±5.60(U/ml) and 39.41±7.73(U/ml)respectively.There were no statistical significant differences in the cellular immunity between intragastric and subcutaneous routes( P >0.05).There were statistical significant differences in the cellular immunity between the immunization and no-immunization group( P <0.01).Conclusion:Intragastric and subcutaneous immunization of BCG can induce cellular immunity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis in mice.
