【Abstract】 It is generally thought now that it is necessary to renovate the ecological environment of mines while mined. However, this view ignores the biotic adaptability to the ecological environment, that is to say, slight disturbance may change the ecological system into a new one, which will still maintain a benign circulation. A new model of the effect of mining activities on the ecological environment is proposed on the basis of biotic resistance and natural restoration and the effect model of enhancing the applied force to natural systems.
