温度和日照与春播小麦品质的关系
Relationship Between Temperature,Sunshine and Quality of Spring-sowing Wheat
【摘要】 为了研究温度和日照与春播小麦品质的关系,用3个小麦品种于1998~2001年在日喀则、拉萨、林芝、北京和沈阳进行了春播试验。结果表明,小麦一些品质性状在不同地点之间以及不同年度之间差异极大。蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量、降落值间均呈正相关。播种-成熟天数与蛋白质含量呈负相关。蛋白质含量与抽穗-成熟期间的平均日均温和平均日照时数呈正相关,与平均昼夜温差呈负相关。湿面筋含量与同期平均日均温和平均日照时数呈正相关。沉降值、降落值与此期间的平均日照时数均呈正相关。西藏自治区一般不具备发展强筋小麦的条件,应主要发展中筋小麦,适当种植弱筋小麦。在利用当地品种的同时,可引进一些内地优良品种。
【Abstract】 In order to study relationship between temperature, sunshine and quality of spring-sowing wheat, 3 wheatvarieties were used in spring-sowing experiments carried out in Rikaze, Lasa, Linzhi, Beijing and Shenyang in 1998-2001.Results showed that there were significant variation on the quality traits of experimental varieties among different locationsand different years. There was a positive correlation between protein content and wet gluten and falling number, respectively.There was a negative correlation between the days from sowing to maturation and protein content of wheat grain. There wasa positive correlation between protein content and average daily temperature and average sunshine time during heading tomaturation, but a negative correlation existed between protein content and average diurnal variation of temperature in thisperiod. There was a positive correlation between wet gluten content and average day temperature and average sunshine inthe same period. A positive correlation existed between sedimentation value and average sunshine time in the period fromheading to maturation. A positive correlation existed between falling number and average sunshine time in the same period,too. The basic way for wheat production in Tibet is: mainly developing meddle gluten wheat, reasonably planting weakgluten varieties and introducing some inland excellent varieties.
